Ingredients

  • 1⅓ cup Baker’s Angel Flake Coconut (Sweetened)

  • ⅓ cup sugar

  • 3 tbsp flour

  • ⅛ tsp salt

  • 2 egg whites

  • ½ tsp vanilla (or almond) extract

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease and flour a cookie sheet.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine coconut, sugar, flour, and salt.

  • Stir in egg whites and vanilla extract; mix well.

  • Drop by tablespoonful onto greased and floured cookie sheet.

  • Bake at 325°F for 20-25 minutes or until edges of macaroon are golden brown.

  • Immediately remove from cookie sheet and place on cooling rack. Cool completely before serving.
