Ingredients
1⅓ cup Baker’s Angel Flake Coconut (Sweetened)
⅓ cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
⅛ tsp salt
2 egg whites
½ tsp vanilla (or almond) extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease and flour a cookie sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine coconut, sugar, flour, and salt.
Stir in egg whites and vanilla extract; mix well.
Drop by tablespoonful onto greased and floured cookie sheet.
Bake at 325°F for 20-25 minutes or until edges of macaroon are golden brown.
Immediately remove from cookie sheet and place on cooling rack. Cool completely before serving.
