Ingredients

  • 1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin purée

  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup sugar

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 (15 oz.) yellow cake mix

  • ¾ cup butter

  • 1½ cups chopped walnuts

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease and flour a 9×13” cake pan.

  • Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, and spices. Pour into greased 9×13” pan.

  • Crumble yellow cake mix on top. Sprinkle with nuts. Melt butter; drizzle evenly over cake.

  • Bake at 350°F for 55-60 minutes.

  • Serve with whipped cream.
